What is ImpactReach Foundation?

ImpactReach Foundation (IRF) is a Liberia-based humanitarian and development organization focused on dignity, opportunity, empowerment, and sustainable community development.

When was IRF founded?

IRF was founded on May 30, 2025, after Pastor Michael Whea Mardeh witnessed the struggles of vulnerable people and those affected by drug addiction.

Who founded and leads IRF?

Pastor Michael Whea Mardeh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. His leadership experience includes ministry, education, entrepreneurship, financial management, and community-based institution building.

Who leads Monitoring & Evaluation at IRF?

Fululai K. S. Mulbah is IRF’s Director of Monitoring & Evaluation. He provides strategic leadership in data management, research, program monitoring, evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making. Meet the leadership team.

IRF presents five connected pathways: Youth Skills & Employment; Women & Widow Empowerment; Poverty Reduction & Livelihoods; Drug Prevention & Rehabilitation Support; and Family Strengthening & Child Support.

Are all programs currently accepting participants?

Current activity, location, eligibility, and availability should be confirmed directly with IRF. The website does not claim that every program is active or accepting participants at all times.

What is “100 Children, One Greater Future”?

It is an IRF flagship initiative intended to mobilize support for vulnerable children and help address educational needs such as school fees, uniforms and clothing, books, learning materials, and other essential needs.

How will children be selected for the initiative?

The eligibility and selection process has not yet been published. IRF will share those details after the process is confirmed and approved for public release.
