Fululai K. S. Mulbah is a Liberian statistician, data analyst, researcher, and entrepreneur with a strong passion for data-driven development and transformational leadership.

As IRF’s Director of Monitoring & Evaluation, he provides strategic leadership in data management, research, program monitoring, evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making.
