Pastor Michael Whea Mardeh is a Liberian Christian leader, development advocate, public-sector financial professional, educator, entrepreneur, and community builder with a deep passion for transforming lives and creating opportunities for vulnerable people.

His work gives particular attention to children, young people, single-parent families, and underserved communities. He founded ImpactReach Foundation as a Liberia-based nonprofit platform for practical support, education, empowerment, and sustainable opportunities that can lead to lasting transformation.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in the conviction that every person deserves an opportunity to discover their potential, develop their God-given abilities, and build a better future.

Through IRF, he seeks to move beyond temporary relief by advancing education, skills development, youth empowerment, livelihood opportunities, community development, and support for vulnerable families.
